David Grace started in the property  industry in 2013 and is perceived as youthful, honest, compassionate, very professional and extremely knowledgeable.  His  day to day activities consist of periodically appraising his client’s properties in order to keep them up to date with the market and their property value, dealing with buyers and conducting auctions every saturday. He has a genuine passion for the industry and a professional attitude. His ability to understand the requirements of both buyers and sellers, along with his strong negotiation skills allows him to consistently deliver the best solutions for all his clients.

David’s foundation for his real estate career could not have been stronger. At a young age he became the personal assistant to an Elite performer in one of the best offices in the Ray White Group, meaning he experienced real estate service at its premium. He has then progressed to a fully fledged sales consultant on his own. This has allowed David to learn and develop an understanding and comprehensive way of managing every detail involved in a real estate transaction. Having this understanding and the ability, has allowed him to put a deal together and deliver a service for his clients in a way that few agents can.

David is a true local. He attended school at Bankstown Grammar School and now works at Ray White Bankstown. He specialises in the Canterbury Bankstown District, meaning he has a wealth of market knowledge and a strong passion for delivering the best service for his clients. David’s experience and dedication, with the support of his office ensures his clients are provided with the best professional and friendly real estate experience every single time.

David lives and breathes real estate which is why he is available seven days a week. He thoroughly enjoys exceeding his clients expectations. He also enjoys socialising with friends, sports and is a big supporter of English Premier League.
